The views from our hotel room were fine. The staff were highly enthusiastic and very attentive to our family from when we reached! The room and bathroom were very clean. The wifi was pretty good. The area where the hotel is situated is quiet. The view from the room covering the valley. They provided us an upgrade to the Suite room.
The food in the restaurant is not up to the mark and expensive. Breakfast is served late and not replenished quickly.

We had a wonderful romantic escape surrounded by breathtaking views of the valley. the hotel is situated on a cliff and walking in the jungle was a unique experience. We loved the pool located in the middle of the jungle. We enjoyed the restaurant, the staff was fantastic and the food was delicious. the rooms were spacious and very clean, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. Being able to meet with the owner of the hotel was definitely a highlight.
We found that the hotel was a bit understaffed as the service was not consistent. We also found it a bit frustrating that we had to book two rooms to accommodate our parents, which we felt was a bit unnecessary.

Spent a lovely Xmas at this hotel. Simply loved the view from the room and the peaceful location. The pool in the middle of the jungle was the highlight of our stay. We didn't take a dip as it was cold, but we enjoyed walking in the garden in the morning. The staff at the restaurant were great and the food was really nice too.
The reception staff could have been more informative about local attractions and events. The food in the restaurant was a little expensive, and the buffet breakfast was not replenished quickly enough.
